Community Manager (m/f/d)
You are the face of Flash Fields — the first impression for every player on site. You welcome people, build personal relationships and make sure a real community develops.
Operations Manager (m/f/d)
You keep our outdoor padel venues running every day — independently and with direct access to management. Technology, maintenance, coordinating contractors and on-call duties.
Working Student Events & Sales (m/f/d)
You actively support management in sales and coordination of corporate events. From lead research and customer calls to on-site event support — real responsibility from day one.
Working Student Marketing (m/f/d)
You plan and create content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, manage the community and support events on site. Direct collaboration with management, fast decision-making.
