How many players do I need for a booking?

Padel is played as doubles, so with 4 players per court. You can also book with 2 or 3 people and search for other players via Playtomic.

Do I need a membership?

No membership required. You can book spontaneously via Playtomic at any time — no contract, no monthly fees.

Is there a dress code?

No strict dress code. We recommend sportswear and appropriate sports shoes. Football boots and studded shoes are not permitted on the courts.

What happens in bad weather?

In case of bad weather (rain, hail, ice, snow or storm), the court may be unplayable. In this case, you'll receive a voucher code for rebooking upon request and after verification. Please see our T&Cs (§7) for details.

Yes, children are very welcome! Padel is a great family sport. Children under 14 should play accompanied by an adult.

How do I get there by public transport?

Duisburg Stadion: The venue is well connected by public transport. Use Google Maps navigation for the best route. Duisburg Töppersee: Also reachable by public transport — use Google Maps for directions.

How does it work with fitness memberships (Urban Sports Club, Wellpass, Hansefit, Sportnavi)?

Before your first booking, email us at info@flashfields.de with your name, membership ID, Playtomic email, desired venue, and phone number. We will then assign you internally on Playtomic. After that, book your court as usual via Playtomic. Before playing, make sure to check in using the QR code of your provider at the entrance — this is required for reimbursement. After a successful check-in, we will refund your share to your Playtomic wallet, which you can use for future bookings. Note: the check-in only applies to your personal share; one hour of play per check-in.
